Austin has a growing food community and one of the big proponents of its food scene is Edible Austin Magazine. It's a beautifully put together quarterly that reports on a lot of the things that interest me, including the local farm/food scene.
A couple months ago, my friend Megan Myers got in touch, asking if she could profile me for the Summer edition of the magazine. We sat down to chat a couple times and the result has just hit the web (the actual magazine comes out tomorrow).
A big thanks to Edible Austin for including me in their 5th Anniversary issue, it's a big honor!
